Dear KP Ballet Academy Families,  

Welcome to the Nutcracker 2011 Information section of the website!  On the right hand side of this page you will see a list of documents that will give you important details about those subject areas. PLEASE:

• Download and read the Nutcracker Handbook. It contains important information that you will need to know about dates, times, what your dancer will need to wear and bring as well as deadlines.  
 
• Check the spelling of your dancer's name in the Dancer's Names document. This is how your dancer's name will appear in the program.  Please let us know of any changes by November 23rd.
 
• Download the 12/3 Nutcracker Run Through @KPBA Studio Schedule. Please note that Preschool Creative Movement dancers DO NOT participate in this rehearsal -- they will participate in the Dress Rehearsal at the theater.
 
• Read the Ticker Order Instructions: This document explains the ticket procedure and will give you the email address to contact the Ticket Committee directly should you need special seating or have questions.

These Forms are also available:
• Ticket Order Form: Please print it and send it into the KPBA office. We will get it to the Ticket Committee.  
 
• A DVD Order Form: We have both performances professionally videotaped.   You can order directly from the company and instructions are on the form. Videotaping by the audience is not permitted for two reasons:
 
• It would be too distracting and disruptive for 500 audience members to be videotaping at the same time. 
 
• Our contact with the professional videographer prohibits videotaping by anyone other than that company.  Our Ushers are very strict about enforcing this so if you want video, buy a DVD.  Thank you.
